आपला भारत हा सर्व धर्म समभाव मानणारा देश आहे. तसेच खवय्येगिरी पण तसेच आहे. सर्व देशातील पदार्थ खाण्यात एक्सपट. आता तर साउथ इंडियन डोसा खुप प्रसिद्ध आहेत. सगळ्यांनाच आवडू लागलाय. मग त्यात डोसांच विविध प्रकार आहेत मसाला डोसा,बटर डोसा,चीज डोसा,चटणी डोसा,फक्त डोसा असे एक ना अनेक प्रकार असे सगळेच प्रकार खवय्यांना आवडू लागले. मग मीही ठरवल कुरमुरे चा डोसा आपण बनवला तर. मग अगदीच ठरल. याला जास्त साहित्याची गरज नाही आहे त्याच घरच्याच साहित्यातुनच डोसे बनवू. फक्त कुरमुरे विकत आणले आणी सुरुवात केली

साहित्य :-- ४वाटी कुरमुरे पाव वाटी रवा पाव वाटी तांदूळ पीठ १/२ वाटी दही मीठ चवीनुसार तेल १ईनो सॅसेhttps://karandenanda69.wixsite.com/nadasrecepi कृती :-- कुरमुरे मिक्सर ला थोडसंच पाणी टाकून वाटून घेऊ नंतर रवा मधे दही टाकून मिक्स करुन फेटून घ्यावेत आणी १०मिनीट तसेच ठेवा. मिक्सर मधे वाटलेले कुरमुरे ची पेस्ट एका बाउल मधे काढून घ्यावेत त्यात तांदूळ पीठ घालून १० मीनीटे ठेवलेला रवा पन त्यात घाला एक सारखे मिश्रण एकत्र करुन फेटून घ्या. फेटल्यानंतर १ इनो सॅसे घाला. गॅस वर तवा ठेवा . तवा गरम झाल्यावर १ चमचा तेल टाका. तेल तापल्यावर डोसे टाकावेत खाण्यास तयार आहेत कुरमुरे डोसा
